Talleyville - Eileen B. Dey, age 73, passed away March 21, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was born in South Philadelphia to the late Margaret Denham Belcher and William Davis Belcher. Eileen graduated from South Philadelphia HS in Jan 1963. She was a Vendor Coordinator at Stewart title and previously a customer service representative at Mosler Safe Company. Eileen loved spending time with and cooking for her family. She also enjoyed reading daily and bowling as much as possible. Eileen found joy in crafting whether it be painting ceramics, creating flower arrangements, gardening, making felt pictures or anything else that caught her interest. She was on the Willingboro Bicentennial Heritage Commission and past President and Chairman of the Willingboro Leaf and Lawn Garden Club where she won multiple ribbons for flower arranging. Eileen also won numerous blue ribbons for her fudge at the Burlington County farm fair. She kept everyone going with her strength and willingness to fight through what ever came her way and had a sense of humor that could take over a room. Eileen left a lasting impression with everyone she met during her journey and made some friends along the way who she never forgot. She will be deeply missed by her family and her cats Tigger and Taz.
Eileen is survived by her daughters, Christine Dey-Talleyville, Jennifer Westgaph- Wilmington; grandchildren: Brittany Dey-Talleyville, Antoinette Newell-Yuba City, CA., Greer Westgaph, Paige Westgaph both of Wilmington; great grandchildren, Illeanah Collins and Elijah Dey-both of Talleyville; brother, William Belcher of Russellville AR; her friend Susan Comegys; her brother in law and sister in law, Joseph and Mary Ann Dey of Willingboro NJ; her niece Donna Dey-Smith of Marlton NJ and nephew Joseph Dey.
The family would like to thank Dr. Joseph Bennett and Dr. Gregory Tiesi for their excellent care of our mother. As well as her supervisor Colleen Schrader who went above and beyond to help in any way she could. A special thank you to her niece, Donna Dey-Smith and sister in law, Mary Ann Dey for being there for the family to lend support in any way they could
