Michael Joseph Phipps died September 18, 2021. Born in Wilmington, Michael graduated from Newark High School and spent most of his life in the area. He was predeceased by his brothers, William F. and Donald K. Phipps. He is survived by his parents, Patrick and Patricia Phipps; and his sons, Alex and Brian Phipps. A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 29th from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the McCrery & Harra Funeral Home (3710 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19808).
