Anne Marshall Brinsfield passed away peacefully on October 5, 2022.
She was born in Wilmington, DE to the late Thomas E. and Margaret C. Marshall. Anne was a graduate of Wilmington Friends and Penn State. She taught for many years at Greenville Elementary and AI duPont Middle School. Anne was a member and avid golfer at Wilmington Country Club and Jupiter Hills Country Club. Anne had a flair for fashion and the only thing more important than Penn State football were her family and friends.
Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Jay R. Brinsfield and her sister, Patricia E. Marshall. Anne is survived by her brothers, Peter C. Marshall (Jill) and John T. Marshall, her step-children Glenn W. Brinsfield (Marcia), Cynthia A. McLaughlin (Brian), and Eric J. Brinsfield (Martha Lynn), 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
