Patricia Ann Perrin, 81, of Newark, Delaware, passed away on May 9, 2023. She was born in Wilmington in 1941 and married her husband of 47 years in 1963. They had three children, eight grandchildren and 3 ½ great-grandchildren.
Pat was the most selfless, thoughtful and caring person anyone could ever know. She absolutely loved seeing her family happy, and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She always hosted dinner for the family during holidays, and cherished every moment that everyone was together.
In 2010, Pat was predeceased by her husband Charlie, who adored her. She is survived by her children, Susan Allison, Dawn Mack, and Chuck Perrin and his wife Anne. Also survived by her grandchildren, Ben Allison and his wife Jenn, Nick Allison and his wife Lauren, Rachel Hauser and her husband Corey, Tyler Mack, Dylan Mack, Erica Perrin and her fiancé Chris Sanchez, Alex Perrin, and Alyssa Perrin. Also by her great-grandchildren, Emily, Brody, Quentin, and a great-granddaughter due in October.
Services will be held at McCrery & Harra Funeral Home, 3710 Kirkwood Highway Wilmington on Saturday, May 20th at 11:00 am, with visitation starting at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
