Roxanne M. Binder passed away peacefully on April 2, 2024, surrounded by family.
She was born in Wilmington, DE to the late William and Vera Mitchell. Roxanne retired from Zenith American Solutions as a Claims Analyst after 38 proud years. She also worked alongside her husband Steve in their landscaping business. Roxanne loved to be outdoors whether it was by her poolside entertaining friends and family or at the beach. Roxanne was also an avid league bowler and collector of antiques.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Stephan Binder, her son Sham (Kimberly), her grandchildren Stephanie, Savannah, Jakob, Bailey, Rory and Brody, her great granddaughter Jameson, niece Kortney (Chuckie, son Brandon), extended family and many friends considered family as well as her many English bulldogs and her favorite Frenchie Ney.
