Edith Mary Ireland, age 98, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2024 in Wilmington, DE.
She was raised in Baltimore, Maryland and was one of fourteen children. Mary loved working and continued to work until she retired at the age of 82.
She loved her family and her every “Sunday Night Dinners” at her home in Baltimore. Mary attended Mass every morning. She will be missed.
Mary is preceded in death by husband Robert J. Ireland. She is survived by her children, Sharon Matos and Cathy Ireland; her son-in-law, Leo Matos and her granddaughter, Rachel Matos.
As per requested, no funeral or Mass will be held.
