Andrew Fair, Jr., age 83 of Wilmington, DE passed away peacefully on May 29, 2024.
He was born in Newport, RI and raised in Jamestown and Ashaway, RI. Andrew was the son of the late Elizabeth and Andrew Fair, Sr.
Andrew was a pipefitter where he began his career at Electric Boat in New London, CT and PSE&G Nuclear Power Plant in South Jersey. He then worked at the Dupont Company for over 30 years until his retirement.
Andrew was an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriot fan. He also enjoyed cycling, golfing, playing tennis and especially taking the family out on his boat.
Andrew’s wife of 34 years, Joyce Fair died in 2022. He is survived by his children, Cammy Rajpold (Chris) and Donald Fair (Jane); his step-children, Deborah Broujos (Mike), Donna Bolte, Mark Bolte and Ralph Bolte; daughter-in-law, Dana Bolte; his siblings, Robert Fair (Sharon), Betty Brown and Susan Perrault (Kenny) and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews who loved and adored him. He was also preceded in death by his step-sons Monte and Mitchell Bolte and grandson Matthew Bolte.
Services will be held privately.
