Paul L. Fleming, a native of Elmira, New York, passed away on June 11, 2024. Born September 3, 1937, son of the late L.F.O. Fleming and Edna Bernice (Lewis) Fleming and also predeceased by siblings, Lawrence, Mary and Donald. Paul was a U.S. Navy veteran. He obtained a Master of Science degree from SUNY Geneseo, New York.
He was a Master Mason and a member of both the York and Scottish Rite bodies. In 1995 he retired from the V.A. Medical Center in Elsmere, DE. Paul is survived by several nieces and nephews. Paul will be laid to rest privately at the Delaware Veterans Cemetery.
