Brenda J. Lowery passed away on June 4, 2024 at Christiana Hospital.
She was born in Newark, NJ to the late Thomas and Agnes Owen. Brenda was a correctional officer with the Cecil County Sheriff Department.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Airika Lowery-Harley and Crystal Pope, and 6 grandchildren: Julian Harley, Adrien Harley, Sean Harley, Qwalee Henderson, Jinazia Owens-Pope, and Johnathan Greenwell.
