Marjorie Lee (Watkins) Young, age 84, mother of 3 and loving wife of husband Marshall R. Young ( Deceased ) left us in the early afternoon hours of 24 July.
Sis or Charlotte as her Mom often called her was not only a great wife and mother but was also a talented artist and applied that talent to her work as a florist. After many years of arranging flowers she decided to go into the business world and became a successful Real Estate Agent, working first for Gilpin and finishing her career with Patterson Schwartz.
Marge loved being with her friends and always enjoyed a good party. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband, and when her and Marshall were younger she enjoyed motorcycle rides with him.
Sis is survived by her three children, daughter Vicki ( Young) Knotts and husband Brad of Middletown, Sons, Daryl Young of Newark and David and wife Sherry of Newark; 2 grandchildren, Kevin Knotts and his wife Paige, and their son Kayson and Kyle Knotts and his wife Destinee, and their children K J and Aulbree.
There will be a service for those who would like to say a last goodbye to Marge on Aug 2nd. Viewing from 10 am. to 11am. service is from 11 am. to 12 pm. at McCrery & Harra Funeral Home located at 3710 Kirkwood Highway Wilmington 19808.
Interment following the service at Gracelawn Memorial Park.
