Patty Lilly McFoy, age 90, of Wilmington, Delaware passed away peacefully on August 9, 2024. Patty was born in West Virginia and moved to Delaware with her husband Frank, where she raised her five sons. Patty and Frank were married for 59 years before he passed away in 2010.
Patty assisted with the startup of the family business, McFoy Refrigeration Inc., and worked there until her retirement in 2016.
In addition to her husband, Frank, Patty was predeceased by her sons, Terry S. McFoy and Craig A. McFoy. She is survived by her sons, Alan B. McFoy (Cyndi) of Phoenix, AZ, Barton S. McFoy (Sandy) of Newark, DE and Todd A. McFoy of Middletown, DE, as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on August 19th at McCrery & Harra Funeral Home (3710 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington, DE 19808). Friends may call beginning at 9:30 a.m. Interment at Gracelawn Memorial Park will follow.
