Frank E. Bowers, 80, of Wilmington, passed away on August 13, 2024. Frank was born in Wilmington to the late Edward and Evelyn (Baker) Bowers. He worked as a security guard at the A.I. Institute and Winterthur Gardens prior to retiring. Frank enjoyed being outdoors cutting the lawn and enjoyed following the Phillies.
Frank is survived by his sister Margaret Solego. The service and burial will be private.
