Jane Ellen Tressler, aged 60, Middletown, DE, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on September 4, 2024.
Born in Huntsville, Alabama to Peter and Shirley Esbensen. After living a well-traveled life throughout her formative years, she settled in Delaware. Here she met her husband, Joseph Thomas Tressler and together, they built their lives and family.
Thoughtful, compassionate, intelligent and a natural leader; Jane was the cornerstone of the Tressler family. The love she had for her family and friends was absolute, and she will be thoroughly missed by those she knew and who were lucky enough to have met her.
She will be loved and remembered always by her children: Tiffany Nichole Zimath (David), Caitlyn Rose Tressler, and Joseph Daniel Tressler (Angela); and grandchildren Eric James Zimath and Devin Johnathan Zimath.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 9 at 11 am at the McCrery & Harra Funeral Home, 3710 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19808 with visitation beginning at 10 am. Burial private.
