Sandra “Sandy” Lynn (Farrall) Turney, age 67 passed away suddenly on December 18, 2024 at her home. Born October 20, 1957 in Wilmington, Delaware, Sandy was a graduate of Dickinson High School, class of 1975. After, she worked at several beauty salons before opening her own salon, Shear Chalet, where she worked until her retirement.
Sandy is survived by her son, Brandon (Rachel), 2 grandchildren whom she adored, her mother, Shirley Ramone Thompson, sister, Bonnie DiFebo (Paul), her uncle Carmen Ramone (Julia) and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:30 pm. on December 27th at St. John the Beloved Church, 907 Milltown Rd. Wilmington, DE 19808. Visitation will be held beginning at 11:00 am. at the church. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sandra’s name to Faithful Friends, 165 Airport Rd. New Castle, DE 19720.
