Jean M. Flack, 93, of Levittown, PA, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2024. Her final moments were spent surrounded by her loving family. Jean was born on August 18, 1931 in Hazleton, PA to Andrew and Catherine (née Nicholas) Urban.
Jean was a graduate of Hazleton Senior High School. She spent many years as a medical assistant to her beloved physician husband of 26 years, eventually retiring to their dream home in which she lived until the time of her passing.
Jean was known for her passionate and loving nature and dedication to her family. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother and grandmother. The sun rose and set with her grandchildren and in recent years her three great-grandchildren. She leaves behind a lasting legacy of kindness, generosity and love.
She will forever be remembered by her children Debra (David) Mastro and Patricia (Kevin) Clark; grandchildren David (Elika) Mastro, Jennifer Clark, Christina Mastro, Michelle (James) Squadrito; great grandchildren Henry and Charles Squadrito and Anahita Mastrobattista; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jean was preceded in death by her parents Andrew and Catherine Urban, husband Charles Flack, sisters Dorothy Scavnicky and Eleanor Scatton, and brothers-in-law Michael Scavnicky and Michael Scatton.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11am on Friday January 3, 2025 at St. Ann Church (2013 Gilpin Ave, Wilmington, DE 19806). Interment will be private.
