James Paul “Jim” Walton, 75, passed away on February 16, 2025, in Wilmington, Delaware.
Born on April 28, 1949, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Jim was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He had a deep love for his family and cherished the time spent with them. His passion for the Pittsburgh Steelers was unwavering, and he rarely missed a game. He also enjoyed bowling and had a fondness for collecting bald eagle trinkets. Long car rides brought him joy, offering him moments of reflection and adventure.
Jim is survived by his beloved wife, Lillian Walton (née Keisler); his son, James R. Walton; his daughter, Megan Kendrick, and her husband Stu; and his cherished grandchildren, Maxwell Kendrick and Violet Kendrick. He is also remembered by his sisters-in-law, Myra Keisler and Debbie Keisler. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elizabeth McFarlin Walton and James M. Walton.
A memorial service to honor Jim’s life will be held on March 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM at RiverCross Fellowship, located at 77 McCullough Dr #2 in Wilmington, Delaware.
