Anne Paula Daubert, passed away peacefully the morning of February 20th 2025.
Anne was a loving person who was kind to everyone around her. She accomplished many amazing achievements in her life. She received two master’s degrees, one in Orthodox Theology and one in Library Science. She was also a talented violinist who studied violin performance at the New England Conservatory of Music.
Anne spent much of her life as a librarian before becoming a teacher. Anne was a strong woman battling Multiple Sclerosis most of her life but never let that stop her from living life her way.
Anne was a devoted member of St. Michael the Archangel Orthodox Church. She was a member and longtime Choir Director. She rarely missed a service. Anne was a wonderful member of her community and embodied the values of joy, kindness, mentorship, and strength.
Anne is survived by her brothers, Craig Griffith and Scott Griffith, her sister, Kay Cashman, as well as her son Peter Daubert and daughter-in-law Cristina Brambila. Anne will be missed by all those who knew her.
A viewing will be held at St. Michael the Archangel Orthodox Church (2300 W. Huntington Dr. Wilmington, DE 19808) on Wednesday February 26 from 6-7 pm with a Panikhida (Memorial Service) at 7:00 pm. Friends are also welcome at the church for a viewing Thursday morning February 27 from 10-11 am, with the Orthodox Funeral Service to be held at 11 am. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Michael’s Church.
